This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the talented Performance team at Bolser, to work on search engine optimisation and advertising campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands. This role would suit an analytical individual with some industry experience under their belt. However, full training will be provided. 

We specialise in digital marketing across mobile and web delivering exceptional work for global clients such as Microsoft, Budweiser Brewing Group and Xbox. 

• Review and analyse website and app performance using a variety of industry-specific tools e.g. Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush 

• Recommend and implement best practices to improve search results. 

• Set up dynamic performance dashboards using Looker Studio 

• Work with the Client Services team to develop and execute SEO strategies to support the client’s business requirements 

• Collate market, audience and competitor insights 

• Implement and analyse PPC and paid social campaigns 

• Produce written reports and present recommendations to clients 

• Support the senior management team with new business proposals and pitches 

• A degree, preferably 2.1 or above. 

• Some experience in either technical SEO, PPC, paid social advertising, or data analytics. 

• A keen interest in digital and performance marketing 

• A natural aptitude for working with data 

• Strong communication and organisational skills, with good attention to detail 

• Excellent internet, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. 

• Enthusiasm, with a desire to learn, develop, and exceed expectations.
